<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain a sufficient generated output at a sufficient voltage even in low-speed rotation, and further prevent overvoltage and overgeneration during high-speed rotation. CONSTITUTION:An induction machine 12 is driven by a prime mover 11. A controller 15 detects the number of rotations of the prime mover 11 and further a generated voltage required by a load 17 and a generated output. Provided from the controller 15 with the generated voltage required by the load, a DC-DC converter 16a supplies exciting current for this voltage. The controller 15 calculates a slip (negative) from the number of rotations of the prime mover, the required generated voltage and the generated output, and drives the transistors 13a in a bridge exciting unit 13 with the calculated slip.</p> |
