OA BOARD AND OA BOARD SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To provide the OA system for conference which can accurately and speedily perform writing to and displaying on the OA board and copy of the display contents as to an OA system for conference consisting principally of a rewritable OA board. CONSTITUTION:This system consists of the OA board (electronic blackboard) 1, a multifunctional copying machine 6, and a portable personal computer (or portable electronic pocketbook) 8 which have transmitting and receiving functions mutually. In the respective devices, detachable wired or radio communication interfaces 9a-9c are installed. Control over a communication among the devices is made by a controller 5 attached to the OA board. For document writing to the OA board 1, automatic input is performed by transfer from the multifunctional copying machines and a document is sent to respective terminals at the same time. On each terminal 8, the document is retouched and corrected by pen input at the same time. The resulting document is transferred to and displayed on the OA board 1. The final conclusion is transferred from the OA board 1 to the multifunctional copying machine 5, where it is printed and distributed to respective attendants.
