摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enhance the waterproofness at a splice part by forming the outer periphery of a region including an exposed core wire of a resin molded low speed filling part and a thin resin molded high speed filling part continuous on the outer periphery of an insulation coating. CONSTITUTION:Insulation coating is stripped off the wires W1, W2, W3 to expose the core wires and the outer periphery of a region including the exposed core wires is formed of a resin molded low speed filling part 13 and a thin resin molded high speed filling part 14 provided contiguously to the low speed filling part 13 on the outer periphery of the insulation coating. In other words, the filling resin forms the low speed filling part 13 at first and then fluidizes the high speed filling part 14. Since fluid cross-section at the part 14 is smaller than that at the part 13, the fluidity is enhanced to increase the frictional force acting on the surface of the insulation coating of the wires W1, W2, W3. Consequently, adherends are removed from the surface of insulation coating and adhesion to the resin composing the splice part 12 is enhanced.</p>
