PURPOSE:To make a contact and a notice to a medical agency or the like on the occurrence of abnormity of a human body by mounting a sensor, a cordless telephone set and a CPU to the human body and activating a receiver connecting to a telephone line. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 8 stores health management data in the normal state of the user corresponding to a sensor 7 and sets a management time for the output of the sensor 7. The CPU 8 finding out abnormity through the comparison between measured data of the sensor 7 and stored data informs the abnormity to the user through an alarm 9. The user discriminates contents of the abnormity and releases the operation of the CPU 8 by using a button 7 or activates a cordless telephone set circuit 10 to allow a radio wave to be emitted from an antenna 11. A receiver side main body 4 installed in advance receives a radio wave signal via a reception antenna 6. The receiver side main body 4 uses the radio wave signal to deliver a message having been recorded in advance to a medical agency or a welfare center or the like through a telephone line 5. |
