摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the solid particulate polyisocyanate compound material having isocyanate groups. CONSTITUTION:In the solid particulate polyisocyanate compound material produced by subjecting 20-200 pts.wt. of a vinylic monomer to the mixture of 100 pts.wt. of a polyisocyanate, a solvent and a dispersion stability, a compound obtained by reacting 100 pts.wt. of a polyol having unsaturated bonds in the molecule with 20-400 pts.wt. of an ethylenic unsaturated monomer having a side chain comprising a >=2C hydrocarbon group is used as the dispersion stabilizer.
