PURPOSE:To prevent a noise generated in a drive part from leaking to the external to realize muffing by a method wherein side plate frames and a drive cover juxtaposed thereto are provided in a device body, a closed space area is formed between the side plate frame and the drive cover, and a gear train is contained in the space area. CONSTITUTION:A printer device is provided with an imaging cartridge (I/C) detachably fitted to a device body of a box form, right and left side plate frames 15 mounted on the body, and a drive cover 7 juxtaposed to the right side plate frame 15 inward of the body A. An l/C holder is provided on the left side plate frame opposedly to the drive cover 7. A gear train G is provided in a closed space area Z formed by the right side plate frame 15 and the drive cover 7. The gear train G consists of nine mid gears G2--G10 and one drive gear G1, which are separately supported by a gear shaft group 17 provided on the drive cover 7. A power from the drive gear G1 is transmitted to a driven gear provided in the I/C. |
