PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of resource reproduction by rationalizing a product maintenance process. CONSTITUTION:An input/output means 20 is provided at a product use point, an information management means 40 and a storage means 30 are provided at a product maintenance and resource reproduction base, and they are connected in two ways by an information distribution path 50. The input/output means 20 while interchanging information with the information management means 40 acquires state information on a service object product through a signal acquiring means 10 and stores it in the storage means 30. The information management means 40 while interchanging information with the input/output means 20 utilizes history information stored in the storage means 30 to plan the product maintenance and resource reproduction process. The planned maintenance schedule is displayed at the input/output means 20. The executed maintenance schedule and the date of the operation end are combined with state information to generate a complete history information, which is stored in the storage means 30. The history information required for maintenance can be obtained remotely and previously, so the product maintenance process is rationalized and the cost of resource reproduction is reduced. |
