PURPOSE:To provide a method for producing rapidly cooked rice, which does not need water discharge treating facility such as activated sludge treating facility, nor produce waste water treating expense. CONSTITUTION:This apparatus 1 for producing rapidly cooked rice is composed of a rice-washing device 2, a immersing device 4, cooking devices 3 and 8, a drying device 10 and a waste water tank 12 for housing a waste water discharged from the rice-washing device 2 and cooking devices 3 and 8, etc., and feeding the waste water as the immersing water to the immersing device 4 without discharging the waste water out of the system. |
