<p>PURPOSE:To provide a position detecting device which can be constituted only with a digital circuit without requiring an analog switch for switching loop coils, and is good in electric power availability. CONSTITUTION:Three-state drivers 5-1 to 5-3 are connected to one-terminal sides of the loop coils 2-1 to 2-3 respectively and a three-state driver 6 is connected to the other-terminal sides in common; while one of the three-state drivers 5-1-5-3 is connected to a NOR gate 4 and the remaining drivers are held in a high-impedance state, the three-state driver 6 is grounded to supply the signal from an oscillation circuit 3 to one loop coil and generates a radio wave. Further, the three-state driver 6 is placed in a high-impedance state to detect a voltage induced with the reflected radio wave from a position indicator 1.</p> |
