GENERATING DEVICE FOR MASTER DATA ON PROCESS

PURPOSE:To utilize and combine article element data showing machining methods in article units which are accumulated in the past and then facilitates the generation of new process master data by providing an article element data storage part which extracts and stores the article element data each time process master data are generated. CONSTITUTION:A drawing reference part 1 takes drawing element data 21 out and sends them to a similar machining element data selection part 2. Here, the acquisition of past process master data or the start of a generating process from an initial state is selected judging from whether or not process master data to be obtained can be generated only by revising a process master which is already generated. The process master data which are already generated are stored in a process master data storage part 15 and article element data showing machining methods in article units constituting a product are stored in an article element data storage part 12. A similar process element data selection part 2 specifies a drawing mumber to call drawing element data 21, and specifies an article display number to call article element data.
