CONSTITUTION:A feedback control system is constituted of a dead time determining means (f) providing the relational expression or function map of the vehicle dead time at each vehicle speed in advance and determining the dead time tau from the relational expression or function map and the second motion state quantity target value setting means (g) determining the (n) satisfying nT <=tau<7 ((n+1)T and setting the second motion state quantity target value (target value for feedback control) by the interpolation computation with the stored first motion state quantity target values before (n) samples and before (n+1) samples, where T is a slot time, and (n) is an integer.
