PURPOSE:To obtain Aspergillus flavus CF-81 strain useful as a fungus for treating oils and fats-containing waste water, having oil and fat hydrolyzing ability, capable of efficiently hydrolyzing.removing vegetable oils and fats such as soybean oil or corn oil and animal oils and fats such as lard or tallow. CONSTITUTION:Aspergillus flavus CF-81 strain has oils and fats hydrolyzing ability and is FERM P-14, 107. The growth temperature range of the CF-81 strain is 15-41 deg.C and the optimum growth temperature is 30-33 deg.C. The growth pH range is 2.5-11.0 and the optimum growth pH is 4.5-6.0. |
