PURPOSE:To shorten a tact time, improve fusing strength, prevent adverse effect on a record head so as to stabilize caulking of a fusing pin by fitting an ink jet record head, fixing an fitting component members or members to be sealed in a caulking manner by using a swinging ultrasonic generator. CONSTITUTION:A swinging ultrasonic generator comprises an oscillator, a booster 1, a horn 2, and a mechanism for lifting/lowering the above-mentioned members, wherein a fusing pin 4 can be melted, deformed, and fused by adding torsional oscillation and pressure without making noise and with a little impact force against a fusing member. Further, it does not give adverse effect on a record head and shortening of a tact and improvement of fusing strength can be realized. In addition, the torsional oscillation generated by the oscillator is amplified by the booster 1 and the horn 2. After a contact of a caulking pin at the tip of the horn and the fusing pin 4, they are caulked into its shape by pressure. |
