摘要 PURPOSE:To shorten the total production time by combining a strategy wherein orders are divided and maximum facilities are utilized to shorten the production time and a strategy wherein the divisions of orders are decreased and allocated to minimum facilities to shorten a machine change time. CONSTITUTION:The device consists of a reference number determination part 2 which analyzes all order, stored in an order data storage part 1, to production facilities and determines the reference number of orders, an order takeout part 3 which extracts optional orders from all the orders, an allocation strategy determination part 4 which determines an allocation strategy by comparing the number of extracted orders to the reference number, a usable facility retrieval part 6 which retrieves usable facilities among facilities stored in a master data storage part 5, and an allocation object facility determination part 7 which determines allocation object facilities among the usable facilities retrieved by the determined allocation strategy; when the number of the extracted orders is larger than the reference value, the orders are divided and allocated to a maximum number of facilities, but when the number of the extracted orders is less than the reference number, the orders are allocated to a minimum number of facilities.
