PURPOSE:To provide a rewriting display medium having an information recording display part featuring excellent high speed rewritability, durability, etc. CONSTITUTION:This rewriting display medium 1 has the information recording display part 3 formed by using a liquid crystalpolymer combined film 4 produced by dispersing and holding liquid crystal microcapsules 5 enclosing the circumferences of liquid crystals with a polymer film into a water-soluble polymer matrix 6. The weight ratio of the liquid crystals 51 and the polymer matrix 6 is specified to a range of 55:45 to 35:65. The grain size of the liquid crystal microcapsules 5 is made to be <=10mum. Dichromatic dye is mixed into the liquid crystals 51.
