PURPOSE:To precisely mold a product (molded product) having a complicated and odd-shaped hollow part, for example, a fine product and to reduce running cost. CONSTITUTION:In such a state that a core 1 formed from a polyacetal resin is fitted in a mold 2 and a stock resin 8 is injected into the mold 2 to fill the mold 2 and only the core 1 integrated with the solidified stock resin 8 is decomposed from a solid phase to a gaseous phase in a chemical reaction furnace to be removed to obtain a product composed of the solidified stock resin 8. In such a state that the core 1 formed from the polyacetal resin is fitted in the mold 2, a stock prepared by kneading a metal fine powder or a ceramic fine powder with a binder composed of a polyacetal resin is injected into the mold to fill the mold and both of the binder in the solidified stock and the core integrated with the solidified stock are decomposed from a solid phase to a gaseous phase in the chemical reaction furnace to be removed and, next, the solidified remaining metal fine powder or ceramic fine powder is sintered to obtain a product. |
