<p>PURPOSE:To input data necessary for an accounting process without knowing how to sort transactions by inputting a proper particulars code while referring to a particulars list screen and then displaying a screen corresponding to the particulars code. CONSTITUTION:When cash transaction data are read out of a cash transaction book master file and a cash receipt book screen is displayed on a CRT, a '.5 zoom' key is pressed in a particulars code field. Then the particulars list screen 20 on which particulars codes and transaction names are shown corresponding to each other is displayed on the CRT. Here, '61' is inputted as a corresponding particulars code. Then a particulars detailed list screen where the particulars shown on the particulars list screen 20 are further detailed is displayed on the CRT. Then '04' is inputted as a corresponding code. Consequently, a screen 30, having fields of transaction explanations, a transaction amount, and a tax discrimination, is displayed on the CRT corresponding to the particulars code '61' that is inputted in advance.</p> |
