PURPOSE:To prevent image formation from being performed in the unmounted state of a toner storage container to a device body by providing a means for regulating the closure of an opening-closing member in the case of the toner storage container being unmounted to a toner storage container fitting-removing means. CONSTITUTION:When a holding member 15 is rotated in the direction of an arrow mark (g) around a pivot 15a for closure at the unmounted time of a toner storage case 11, the holding member 15 comes in contact with the tip part 21a1 of the vertically erected arm 21d of a preventing member 21, so that the holding member 15 cannot be closed. When the toner storage case 11 is moved in the direction of an arrow mark A and mounted, one arm 21c of the preventing member 21 is brought into contact with the end part 11b3 of the toner storage case 11 and rotated. The other arm 21d is also rotated integrally in the same direction to retreat, so that the holding member 15 can be closed completely. The toner storage case 11 can be thereby held positively at relatively low cost by the holding member 15 without specially using lock mechanism, and the leakage of toner can be also prevented positively. |
