PURPOSE:To provide a sound effect adding device which does not change the volume feeling before and after the operation of an operation piece for giving sound effect while making the most of the property of tones and can change sound effect naturally by controlling the mixed sound signal of original sound and effective sound, according to the kind of tones and the application state of effective sound. CONSTITUTION:A sound effect adder, which has an effective sound ingredients making means 2 having sound effect ingredients, based on the input sound signals, an effective sound control means 3 for controlling the output value of the produced effective ingredients, and a mixing means 4 for mixing the input sound signal with the effective sound controlled by the effective sound control means 3, is constituted, having an operation piece 30 for designating the tons, a table selector 31 for selecting the optimum control value deciding table, according to the designated tones, a control value deciding means 6 for designating the control value to control the sound signal outputted from the mixing means 4, based on the control value of effective sound controlled by the effective sound control means 3, on the selected control value deciding table, and a sound signal control means 7 for controlling the mixed sound outputted from the mixing means 4, based on the decided control value. |
