PURPOSE:To obtain an LED aggregate module which can be functioned as a sufficiently homogeneous light-emitting body by a method wherein the extension direction of bonding wires with reference to LED chips is set to at least two directions and the number of bonding wires is made equal to each other. CONSTITUTION:A lens board 7 which is provided with lens parts 7a corresponding to many LED chips 2 is arranged integrally with a substrate 1 on which the LED chips 2 have been mounted and whose shape is prescribed. In such an LED aggregate module, lands 5 4 on the substrate 1 and upper-part electrodes for the individual LED chips 2 are connected respectively by bonding wires 4. Then, the extension direction of the bonding wires 4 with reference to the individual LED chips 2 is set to at least two directions, and the number of bonding wires 4 in every extension direction is set to be nearly equal to each other. For example, land parts 5 are arranged on the upper side in the figure with reference to chips 2 belonging to one division 3a, and land parts 5 are arranged on the lower side in the figure with reference to chips 2 belonging to the other division 3b. |
