PURPOSE: To provide a laminate film forming a transparent resin layer on a translucent picture, which obtains a projection picture of high reproducing efficiency by improving the translucency of a toner picture, suppresses the terminal deformation of the transparent film base material of a translucent picture film and prevents the toner picture from being damaged by the trans lucent picture film. CONSTITUTION: In the laminate film for forming the transparent resin layer on the translucent picture obtained by sticking toner on one main face of the transparent film material, the laminate film 54 is laminated in the order of a cover film 53, a mold-released layer 52 and the resin layer 51 and the softening point of the resin layer is lower than that of the toner.
