ELECTROSTATIC COATING METHOD FOR ALUMIUM

摘要

The aluminium net is electrocoated by a corona discharge and an electrostatic absorbing force. The aluminium net is heated to 200-450 degree C, and coated by an aqueous coating material. The coating material contains 10 wt. % of water, 60-70 wt.% of water soluble epoxy resin, 15-5 wt.% of water soluble melamine resin and 15-10 wt. % of cretone coloring agent.
