The deflection yoke is characterized in that an auxiliary deflection coil is also wound when a main deflection coil of the deflection yoke is wound and one end of the additionally wound auxiliary coil is grounded and the other thereof is connected to a speed modulation signal source. The present invention relates to an improved deflection yoke which does not need additional placement step or placement member for placing an auxiliary deflection coil.
