PAPER-LIKE OPAQUE HEAT-SEALABLE POLYPROPYLENE FILM

摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain a white-opaque biaxially oriented multilayered film having paper-like appearance comprising an opaque core layer and an outer layer based on a linear copolymer of isotactic polypropylene and ethylene. CONSTITUTION: A white-opaque biaxially oriented multilayered film comprises an opaque core layer and one outer layer produced from 10-15 wt.% of isotactic polypropylene having a density of 0.9-0.91 g/cm<3> and a melt flow index of 0.5-8 g/10 m under a load of 21.2 N at 230 deg.C, 5-15 wt.% of a low density linear copolymer of ethylene modified with maleic anhydride, 40-80 wt.% of statistical propylene/ethylene copolymer with an ethylene content of 2-6 wt.% or a statistical terpolymer of propylene or the like with a copolymer monomer content of <15 wt.% and a butylene content of <7 wt.%, 5-15 wt.% of an inorg. filler and rutile-type titanium dioxide with a mean particle size of 200 nm. This film has good heat sealability and paper-like appearance.
