The suppressor consists of a housing (1) with a centring element (2) at one end for fitting onto the gun barrels (3), and a stopper (5) at its other end. The interior of the housing has a second centring element (4) for the gun barrels, with a series of holes around its central apertures to permit the return of gases into the decompression chamber (10) and their exits through outlets (11). Between the second centring element and end plug the suppressor has a number of deflectors (6) which, together with the plug, have central apertures (8) to allow free passage of the lead shot and wadding. The upper part of the housing coincides exactly with the gun barrel's sighting strip (12) to maintain the original line of sight.
