The cooling system includes two airtight and watertight layers linked together on their borders. An humid layer, through which the air can circulate, is placed in between the air and watertight layers. A thin air layer is superposed on the humid layer.The system is placed on the part of the body to cool, the humid layer being placed between the body and the air layer. A fan (8) is provided to create an air flow in the thin layer, thus evacuating the humidity which evaporated in contact of the body. The fan speed can be adjusted in function of the humid layer temperature. The thin layer may be made of porous material.
