Electrically programmable non-volatile memory with control interface

The memory has a control interface that allows parallel access to two separate parts of the memory. Each of the two parts of the memory have an address bus and a data bus, managed by the controller.The control interface has a register (15) indicating the status of the two parts of the memory. The register shows whether a read access operation is in process, or a write operation access. The data transfer buses have an amplifier associated to speed the reading and writing data transfer. The tension between entry and output of the data bus is monitored and used to control the tension applied to the address buses.
