<p>The cleaning system (10) for self-cleaning rest rooms (12) with a fixed wall or a fixed panel (14) and a rotatable wall or panel (16, 17) includes a spray source (25) mounted on a movable armature (32) disposed in the fixed wall or panel. The movable armature is hingedly mounted to be extended into the room to a generally centrally or strategically located area in the rest room, or to move between selected positions to describe a cleanining path in close proximity to a selected surface (18) during cleaning. The spray source and armature are mounted in a self-closing cleaning chamber mounted to the fixed panel. The armature also includes a spring for biasing the armature in a folded position within the cleaning chamber. A mechanism is also provided for opening the cover of the cleaning chamber and extending the armature and spray source during cleaning.</p> |
