The change-over switching takes place between an audio and video signal output state and a state for special signal transceiving. The detector (28a) picks up an interruption of the audio and video signal and transmits an interruption detector signal.A special information signal transmitter receives the special information signal prior to its transmission. A switch (20) receives the two types of signals and transmits one of them in dependence on the interruption detector signal. An information signal delivery device (20) receives the switch output and transmits the received output as a video and/or audio signal.
