The fixture part, esp. a hinge part (1) with a fixture device, comprises a bush non-rotatably fixed on the underside of a fixture flange (2) or plate-shaped part and insertable in a pre-bored hole of a support wall. In the bush a holder pin is rotatably located which after its rotation engages directly or via locking clamp parts indirectly on the wall of the hole and its widened head locates on the upper side of the fixture flange.A flat operating part is pivotably connected with the head and can be folded from its inactive position parallel to the fixture flange into an operating position parallel to the axis of the holder pin.
