PURPOSE:To suppress the leakage magnetic flux at a slot and to secure the strength of a patch part by providing a silicon steel plate forming a slot, whose upper part is opened, and the parts, which are provided on both sides of the silicon steel plate part and formed circumferentially at specified intervals, and form the slot part, whose upper part is closed. CONSTITUTION:Slot parts 2b are formed circumferentially of an iron core part comprising a silicon steel plate part 2a and a patch part 1 at specified intervals. A rotor conductor 3 is inserted in each slot part 2b. At this time, the part of the patch part 1 corresponding to the slot part 2b is made larger than the slot part 2b at the silicon steel part 2a for preventing the interference with the rotor conductor 3 caused by the deformation in welding. The upper part is opened for the slot part 2b of the silicon steel part 2a so as to decrease leakage magnetic flux. The upper part of the patch part 1 corresponding to the slot part 2b is closed and formed in the ring shape. The supporting condition of the teeth part of the patch part 1 is set so that both ends of the beam are fixed, and the rigidity is increased. |
