The method for converting data in series/parallel comprises the steps of: shifting inputted series data and outputting it as an N-1 shift-processed parallel data; and searching the series data, and if Nth bit is input, combining the Nth bit and the N-1 shift-processed parallel data to form N bit parallel data.
