A compound represented by general formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein R<1> and R<2> represent each OH, R<1> being present at the 1- or 2-position while R<2> being present at the 10- or 11-position, provided when R<1> is present at the 1-position, R<2> is present at the 11-position, while when R<1> is present at the 2-position, R<2> is present at the 10-position. As the compound has an excellent antitumor effect, it is useful as an antitumor drug in the medicinal field.
