The voltage transformer involves phases assigned to each electrical conductor which is connected to a conductor section (13,14) embedded in a Schott-insulator (12) and situated at a distance from a protective shield (21,22) within the capsule (19), which contains sulphur hexafluoride gas insulation. The protective shield includes two conductor housing parts which sandwich an insulator layer (36).The conductor part facing outwards is earthed, and along with the other conductor housing part forms the low voltage section of the voltage transformer. The high voltage section of the transformer is formed by the conductor sections (13,14) and the inward facing conductor housing part. |
