The rucksack has two sections, a back part (13) and an external rucksack part (14). The sections connect together when unfolded through a full-length connector. A folding cycle is held in the collapsed state inside the rucksack on the back part by attached fixing straps (4,5,6).Longitudinal lashing straps (1) are fixed at the lower end of the back part (13) to pass through guide loops (11) over the outer part (14) of the rucksack. They then cross over behind the guide loop (20) and connect by clasps (23) to the shoulder strap. The packing volume can be reduced to a third of its maximum packing volume by a pair of transverse straps (2).
