Foot paddle driven water skimming raft

The raft is a catamaran float whose skids (1) are linked by a frame (2) and possibly transverse connectors. The frame comprises a user's support (3) for holding a user on the water surface. The user's running motion operates hinged foot paddles (4,9,10).The free hinged foot paddles are only coupled to the feet, possibly in shoes or boots of the user, but not to any raft part. The user's support is of a suspension type secured to the frame by belts, straps, cables, etc. It permits the user to carry out walking or running movement as for natural walking etc.
