a PMC part(18) which automatically returns tools by genetating alarm signal when detecting abrasion of the tools; a NC part(19) for numerically controlling the signal of the PMC part(18), servomotors(21,22) and servodriver(20); a spindle driver(23) which inputs analog signal to the A/D converter(14) through a terminal board(11) by controlling a manufacture load that is outputed from the main motor and connected to the PMC part(18) and NC part(19).
