An electrical connector (10) is disclosed which includes a dielectric housing (16) with passages for receiving a plurality of signal terminals (26). A common ground member (20) is disposed in the dielectric housing with portions (34) thereof disposed between the individual signal terminals. The ground member has a passage (30) for receiving a ground terminal (32).
