<p>The invention relates to a releasing ski binding having an upper housing part (12) and a baseplate (14) connected to the latter at one end, upper housing part and baseplate additionally being connected by at least one connecting element (22). To permit automatic setting of the sole holder to different sole heights and also to permit rearward triggering, according to the invention at least one end of the at least one bolt is mounted either in the upper housing part and/or in the baseplate, with a resilient means (18) interposed.
