The buffering circuit of an actuator for use in a hard disc drive is characterized in that a boss expanded to the lower side from a molding unit supporting a voice coil is placed at the rear end of the actuator having a head, a rubber ring is inserted to the boss, and a stopper which is assembled to a body housing to make the head not to deviate from the disk has an impulse buffering material at one side and a magnet latch at the other side.
