PURPOSE:To provide a strong and safe filter frame for aq air conditioner in low processing cost. CONSTITUTION:Notch parts 20 and stepped parts 18 are provided to a long plate material to integrally mold frame members 13, 14, 15, 16 and a connection hole 22 is formed to the frame member 14 to form a flat material 12a. The bending parts 13a, 14a, 15a, 16a of the frame members 13, 14, 15, 16 are bent so as to be opposed each other over the total length of the flat material 12a to process the flat material 12a so as to form a horizontal U-shape cross section and an engaging piece 24 is provided to the frame member 16. The connection parts of the frame members 13, 14, 15, 16 are bent at a right angle and a filter material 41 and grid like nets 26, 28 are received in the frame and the superposed parts of the stepped parts 18, 18 formed to the bent part 16a of the frame member 16 and the bent parts 13a, 13a of the frame member 13 are welded to form a filter 10. |
