PURPOSE:To attain a picture controller capable of executing picture control based upon chroma key detecting and processing without generating malfunction even when plural chroma key images exist in a picked-up image. CONSTITUTION:A position detecting and processing part 40 sets up a corresponding detection frame in a picked-up image in accordance with an operation mode specified by a CPU 51 and detects a chroma key image with a specific color from the picked-up image in accordance with the detection frame. When the processing part 40 detects a chroma key image through a detection frame, the CPU 51 generates an operation instruction corresponding to the operation mode and the specified detection frame to give it to a picture processing part 30. The processing part 30 controls a display screen in accordance with the operation instruction. Thereby, even when plural chroma key images exist in a picked-up image, picture control based upon chroma key detecting and processing can be attained without generating malfunction. |
