<p>PURPOSE:To provide a capacitive element for integrated circuit capable of easily and inexpensively taking the impedance matching of an integrated circuit by varying capacitance. CONSTITUTION:This element is equipped with a base electrode layer 1 formed on a MIC substrate 100, a cylindrical intermediate dielectric layer 2 formed on the substrate 100 and the base electrode layer 1 so as to arrange the center of the layer in the center of semi-circle of the base electrode layer 1, and a semi-circular upper electrode layer 3 arranged on the intermediate dielectric layer 2.
