<p>PURPOSE:To automatically originate cutting data for cutting contour lines to reduce cutting data originating man-hours by mutually connecting intersection points between a parallel line in a parallel locus and the position of fixed height in shape data. CONSTITUTION:A parallel locus A composed of a plurality of parallel lines La1, La2... and Lb1, Lb2... which are formed on shape data and cross mutually at right angles is originated. Next intersection points P1, P2... between fixed height positions in the shape data and the parallel lines La1, La2... and Lb1, Lb2... are obtained for originating a contour line Lh obtained by connection these intersection points P1, P2... in order. The height positions in the shape data are then changed at every fixed pitch to originate cutting data obtained as the aggregation of the contour lines. Thus cutting data for cutting the contour lines can be automatically originated to reduce cutting data originating man-hours and moreover to shorten time for a cutting process carried out on the obtained cutting data.</p> |
