<p>PURPOSE:To provide power generation easily at a low running cost by using discharge channels, etc., to discharge water used for hydraulic power generation, with a simple constitution and at low manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION:A power generator 3 and a step-up gear device 2 are respectively provided inside two hollow bodies 1 which are formed hollow inside, and shaped almost like boats for outer parts to be almost sealed, the hollow bodies 1 are disposed in parallel at a proper interval from each other, and they are connected to each other by connection stays 4. Both end parts of a center shaft 6 of hydraulic turbine runners 5 are inserted into the inside of the hollow bodies 1 to be connected to the step-up gear device 2, so rotation of the hydraulic turbine runners 5 is transmitted through the step-up gear device 2 to the power generator 3 to be rotated to generate power. This flotation type power generation device is put to float in a discharge channel or the like, and it is moored to a quay by a wire rope or the like, thereby the hydraulic turbine runners 5 are rotated by water currents to generate power.</p> |
