<p>PURPOSE: To provide a trim panel which incorporates an electrical connecting link. CONSTITUTION: A trim panel connecting link 20 for one of the vehicle pillars, such as an A-pillar 18 includes an electrical conductor with a plug or a socket at an edge which is at each opposite side and is connected to a head liner 19, to be interconnected to the electrical part of a head liner 19 by a socket or a plug for being engaged in a measuring instrument panel 12. In a preferred embodiment, an A-pillar indicator is mounted to the trim panel. In another embodiment, the indicator is connected to the conductor of a connecting link.</p> |
