PURPOSE:To make going in and out of a tool for supporting walk with a handrail of whole periphery easy and to use it safely by forming the handrail of whole periphery by combining freely stretchably a front handrail and a rear handrail on a handrail of a tool for supporting walk wherein the rear part is opened and fixing freely removably the front handrail on the front part of the handrail. CONSTITUTION:A handrail 5 of whole periphery is formed on a handrail 2 of a tool for supporting walk wherein the rear part is opened in such a way that the handrail 5 of whole periphery with the same shape as that of the handrail 2 is formed by combining freely stretchably a rear handrail having a connecting part on its rear part with the rear outer periphery of a front handrail 6. In addition, long holes 9 are opened in the horizontal direction on both sides of the front handrail 6 in the rear handrail 7, and a bolt a nut 10 is made to pass through the long hole 9 from the outside of the rear handrail 7 at the front end position of the long hole 9 when the rear handrail 7 is shortened to the shortest distance and the end part is caulked. In addition, a shaft-fittable fitment 11 is fixed with a gap on both sides of the front part of the handrail 2 and a covering fitment 12 entering the gap of the shaft-fittable fitment 11 is fixed on a part being just above the shaft-fittable fitment 11 on the front part of the front handrail 6 and they are fitted together freely removably with a bolt and a nut 13. |
