<p>PURPOSE: To provide a voltage-on reset circuit for stably initializing respective components of a circuit, when applying a supply voltage. CONSTITUTION: In order to generate a stable voltage-on a reset signal even for high speed on/off switching of a supply voltage, this circuit is composed of a discharging means 10 for applying a negative voltage on the gate of a transistor, discharging a 1st intermediate signal to a reference voltage in a short time at the time of voltage-off and generating a stabilized voltage-on reset signal, even when the supply voltage is turned on at high speed, and of a delay means 40 for keeping the voltage-on reset signal at a 1st fixed voltage for a prescribed time, as well as of a buffer means 80.</p> |
