PURPOSE:To provide a moderate feeling when performed a shift operation at the time of a manual speed change mode. CONSTITUTION:A shift joint 6 and select joint 11 are provided in a lower part of a shift lever 1. A reaction force mechanism 2 is provided through a bracket 4 in a part of the select joint 11. This reaction force mechanism 2 comprises a holder mounted on the bracket 4 and a spring and a plunger 22 set up in this holder. The spring is actuated so as to always press the plunger 22 in a fixed direction. An engaging member 3 engaged with a point end part of this plunger 22 is provided. In the engaging member 3, two engaging grooves 31, 33 are provided, and in the one side 33 of these grooves, engaging recesses 331, 332, 333, engaged with the point end part of the plunger 22 at manual speed change mode time, is provided. A moderate feeling giving device 5 is formed by these engaging member 3 and reaction force mechanism 2. |
