<p>PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacturing a high pressure hose joint at low cost with an easy fixedly fitting operation. CONSTITUTION:First, a protruding nipple 1 is prepared which is provided with a bead 11 adjoining a fixing part 12 for fixedly fitting a sleeve 2. On the other hand, the sleeve 2 is prepared which has a fitting part 21 directed to the center part while inclining in the direction of the tip and a fitting hole 22 having the diameter larger than the outer diameter of the nipple 1 and smaller than the outer diameter of the bead 11. Next, the nipple 1 is inserted into the fitting hole 22 of the sleeve 2 and then the fitting part 21 is pressed against the bead 11 to press and deform the fitting part 21 so that the fitting part 21 is bitten into the fixing part 12 of the nipple 1.</p> |
